The Asia Counter-Super-Disaster Summit is a meeting of ambassadors from different countries of Asia in producing strategies of countering the Super Disasters.

When Neo Terror heard of the meeting, they unleashed Yuruyuru Bacteria 2 at the building the members were in. Several ACSDS members, along with Resuce Force's R2, got affected with diarreha, chills, and fevers. Rescue Force quickly developed a vaccine and R1 delivered it and cured the victims.
